At OrderStronger, we aim to provide high-quality POS devices and systems. Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly limited.
Returns are ONLY accepted under the following condition:
The product is defective or not functioning as intended upon delivery
We do NOT accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect order by the customer
Used or damaged products (not caused by us)
Software-related misunderstandings after activation
To request a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide proof (photos/videos of the issue)
Include order details
All returned products will be inspected
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the request will be approved
Defective products will be replaced with a new or refurbished unit
Exchange is the primary resolution
Refunds are issued ONLY if replacement is not possible
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Customers may be required to return the defective product
Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval
Software licenses are non-refundable once activated
