1. Overview

At OrderStronger, we aim to provide high-quality POS devices and systems. Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly limited.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are ONLY accepted under the following condition:

  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended upon delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order by the customer

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

  • Software-related misunderstandings after activation

4. Reporting a Defect

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide proof (photos/videos of the issue)

  • Include order details

5. Inspection Process

  • All returned products will be inspected

  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the request will be approved

6. Replacement Policy

  • Defective products will be replaced with a new or refurbished unit

  • Exchange is the primary resolution

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued ONLY if replacement is not possible

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

8. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may be required to return the defective product

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval

9. Software & Licensing

  • Software licenses are non-refundable once activated
